I would like to introduce myself. My name is John Jamgochian, known as "John Jam" in the real estate industry. I live in East Goshen Township, Chester County, PA with my wife Jackie, Son Jack, daughter Gianna and our hyper-active Wheaten Terrier, Zepplyn (Zeppy). Our children currently attend school in the West Chester Area School District.
Prior to moving to East Goshen, I lived my entire life in Delaware County where I attended St. Cyril’s Elementary School, Upper Darby High School, and Saint Joseph’s University. In 1990, I began my career as a full-time realtor working for Century 21 Gallagher in Havertown. In 1998, several independent Century 21 offices merged to form Century 21 Alliance. This merger proved to be a huge success for the company and for its realtors. I thoroughly enjoyed my association with this Havertown Century 21 office and during those 21 years, I sold over 450 houses and won numerous awards.
As my children got older and more involved in the West Chester community, it seemed like the perfect time for me to expand my career into the West Chester/Chester County market and to move to an office closer to my home. While considering this change, it was important to me to seek out another elite, well-known real estate franchise, whose broker/owners had the same integrity, professionalism, and work ethic to which I had previously been accustomed.

In 2011, I joined RE/MAX Preferred, located in East Goshen Township, West Chester, PA.
With today’s technology, the real estate industry is evolving more and more into the tech world with social media, google maps, 3D virtual/drone tours and paperless transactions. I thrive to expand my mind, my business and to keep up with the latest resources that are available to me. It is my goal to provide the BEST and most efficient service that my clients expect and deserve. In doing so, I am very excited to join the team of Keller Williams, West Chester location beginning July 2018.
